The hotel is approximately 28km west of the Los Rodeos International Airport, and 1.5km from the commercial centre of the resort, where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 1973 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2014 the modern Hotel Blue Sea Interpalace has a total of 225 guest rooms, including 215 twin rooms and a further 10 singles, all of which are built over 9 floors, and set amidst spacious sub-tropical gardens and sun terraces, around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with a direct dial telephone, high speed WiFi internet access, a satellite television, mini bar, safety deposit box available for rental, and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area.

In addition to the above features, a daily maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen twice a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar with show cooking, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, public internet terminals, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

Of special interest to sports enthusiasts, the Blue Sea Puerto Resort also offers the use of a multi-sports activity court suitable for volleyball, football and basketball etc, along with a hard surface tennis court, which is floodlit at night, mini golf course, and both pool and table tennis tables.

The Hotel Blue Sea Interpalace also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring rifle shooting, water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment, with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
