The 4 star rated Hotel Puerto Palace is situated around 1.5km from the Lagos Martianez, in a quiet residential area of the popular resort of Puerto de la Cruz on the north west coast of Tenerife.

The hotel is approximately 28km west of the Los Rodeos International Airport, and 1km from the commercial centre of the resort, where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 1990, the modern low rise Hotel Puerto Palace has a total of 290 guest rooms, offering a choice of both twin and single rooms as well as a number of Junior Suites, all of which are built over 4 floors, and set amidst almost 8,000m2 of sub-tropical gardens and sun terraces, around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with a direct dial telephone, high speed WiFi internet access, a satellite television with music channels, safety deposit box available for rental, mini bar and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area.

In addition to the above features, 5 guest rooms at the Hotel Puerto Palace have also been specially adapted for disabled guests, and all rooms at the hotel are provided with a daily maid service, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen twice a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, public internet terminals, laundry and medical services, and both lounge and pool bars.

For business guests, the Hotel Puerto Palace also offers the use of 3 large air conditioned conference and meeting rooms, seating a maximum of 150 people, all of which are equipped with a selection of modern audio visual aids.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with integrated children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols.

Other leisure facilities include a further smaller rooftop pool with Jacuzzi, offering guests panoramic views over the resort and Mount Teide, which also features a secluded terrace for nude sunbathing.

Of special interest to sports enthusiasts, the Hotel Puerto Palace also offers the use of a cardiovascular gymnasium, along with a hard surface tennis court, mini golf course, squash court, and both pool and table tennis tables.

The Hotel Puerto Palace also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring rifle shooting, water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment, with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
