The 2 key Poblado Marinero Apartments are situated approximately 50 metres away from the resort's natural black volcanic beach, and 100 metres from the Los Gigantes resort centre where you will find a selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

The Poblado Marinero has a total of 170 one and two bedroom apartments, many of which are privately owned. All apartments on the complex have a separate kitchen with 2 electric rings, full electric oven and fridge, bathroom with WC and either a balcony or terrace. One bedroom apartments have a twin bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge, whilst two bedroom apartments have two twin bedrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge. Maid service is provided every other day, whilst linen is changed twice and towels are changed 3 times a week.
