The 2 key rated Paradero II Apartments are situated around 450 metres from the
sea front promenade and Playa de Troya beach, in the lively resort of Playa de
las Americas on the south coast of Tenerife.
The apartments are approximately 17km west of the Reina Sofia International Airport, and a few steps from the commercial centre of the resort where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops. The modern low rise Paradero II complex is a small development of self catering studios which are built over 2 floors. All guest rooms come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with refrigerator, kettle and coffee maker, a combined lounge/dining room with sofa beds, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, with exterior views. Guests staying at the Paradero II Apartments are welcome to use the facilities on offer at the nearby Caribe Apartments, which includes a reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars. Sporting and leisure facilities available at the Caribe Apartments includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pools for adults, with integrated children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols.
