The 3 key Masaru Apartments are situated in the residential La Paz district of Puerto de la Cruz, approximately 1.5km from the Playa Jardin beach and 25km west of the Los Rodeos Airport.

Built in 1974 and completely renovated during 1996, the 5 storey Masaru complex has a total of 41 self catering apartments and 199 studios. All guest rooms on the complex are equipped with a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer, direct dial telephone, safety deposit box, kitchenette, satellite television and either a balcony or terrace.

Guest facilities include a reception area with currency exchange services, along with a buffet restaurant and bar. Sporting and leisure facilities on offer include an outdoor swimming pool with separate children's section, along with spacious sun terraces, loungers, a children's play ground and floodlit tennis courts.
