Built in 2005, the modern low rise Hotel La Plantacion del Sur has a total of 165 guest rooms, including 96 twin rooms, 24 Junior Suites, 2 Royal Suites, 1 Imperial Suite and a further 42 Deluxe Villas, all of which are set amidst spacious sub-tropical gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with hydro massage shower, hairdryer and bathrobes, along with a direct dial telephone, high speed ADSL Internet connection, satellite television with music channels, safety deposit box available for rental, mini bar and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area towards the sea.

In addition to the above features, 4 guest rooms at the Hotel La Plantacion del Sur have also been specially adapted for disabled guests, and all rooms are provided with a daily maid service, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen twice a week.
