Part of the Adrian Group of hotels, the 5 star Hotel Roca Nivaria Gran has an enviable position overlooking the Atlantic Ocean in the quiet resort of Playa Paraiso on the rugged west coast of Tenerife. The hotel is approximately 25km north west of the Reina Sofia International Airport, and a short walk from the commercial centre of the resort where you will find a small selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 2005, the modern Hotel Roca Nivaria Gran has a total of 294 guest rooms, including 211 twin rooms and a further 83 Suites, which are distributed between two 6 storey buildings and set amidst spacious sub-tropical gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area overlooking the sea.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and are decorated with modern and minimalist furniture with a modern "en suite" bathroom with separate shower, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers, along with a direct dial telephone, satellite television with music channels, safety deposit box available for rental, mini bar, and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area towards the sea. In addition to the above features, a number of guest rooms at the Hotel Roca Nivaria Gran have also been specially adapted for disabled guests and all rooms at the hotel are provided with a daily maid service, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen twice a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with a choice of 3 air conditioned buffet and a la carte restaurant and snack bars with show cooking, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, public internet terminals with WiFi access in selected areas of the hotel, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

For business guests the Hotel Roca Nivaria Gran also offers the use of 11 large air conditioned conference and meeting rooms, all of which are fully equipped with a selection of modern audio visual aids.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor heated infinity style swimming pool with magnificent ocean views, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a children's mini club, along with a 10,000m2 multi-sports activity area with 2 hard surface tennis courts, 1 paddle court, a putting green and facilities for beach volleyball and football etc.

The Hotel Roca Nivaria Gran also offers guests the opportunity to relax and unwind in their modern 1,800m2 “Azules de Nivaria” Spa and Wellness Centre, where you will find a variety of cosmetic and other beauty treatments available including a large Jacuzzi, a hydro massage pool, sauna, Turkish bath, steam rooms, therapeutical showers, mud baths and cardiovascular gymnasium.

The Hotel Roca Nivaria Gran also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring archery, volleyball and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment with either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
