Part of the French speaking Palia Group of hotels, the 3 star Hotel Club Parque Don Jose is situated around 400 metres from the sea, in the popular resort of Costa del Silencio on the south coast of Tenerife. The hotel is approximately 12km south of the Reina Sofia International Airport, and a few steps from the commercial centre of the resort where you will find a small selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 1987 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2003, the modern low rise Hotel Club Parque Don Jose has a total of 185 guest rooms, offering a choice of both one and two bedroom self catering apartments, which are built over three floors, and set amidst almost 15,000m2 of sub-tropical gardens and sun terraces, around a large central pool area.

Many of the apartments on the complex are now privately owned and individually furnished, and will typically come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with an open plan kitchenette with ceramic hob, oven, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, direct dial telephone, satellite television, DVD player, safety deposit box available for rental, and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, public internet terminals, laundry and medical services, and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with integrated children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a children's playground, along with a hard surface tennis court and both pool and table tennis tables.

A seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities is also provided at the adjacent Hotel Club Palia Don Pedro, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring rifle shooting, water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment, with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
