Part of the French speaking Palia Group of hotels, the 2 star Hotel Don Pedro is situated around 300 metres from the sea, in the popular resort of Costa del Silencio on the south coast of Tenerife. The hotel is approximately 12km south of the Reina Sofia International Airport, and a few steps from the commercial centre of the resort where you will find a small selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 1969 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2004, the modern low rise Hotel Don Pedro has a total of 128 guest rooms, which are built over two floors, and set amidst almost 20,000m2 of sub-tropical gardens and sun terraces, around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms at the hotel come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with a direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for rental, and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, public internet terminals, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with integrated children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a children's playground and mini club, along with both pool and table tennis tables.

The Hotel Don Pedro also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring rifle shooting, water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment, with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
