Built in 1712 and fully refurbished during the winter of 1995, the historic Hotel Marquesa has a total of 144 guest rooms, including 138 standard twin rooms and a further 6 singles, which are built over 5 floors. All guest rooms at the hotel come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with a direct dial telephone, pay per view satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental, and either a balcony or terrace with exterior views. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, laundry and medical services and lounge bar.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a small rooftop swimming pool for adults, offering guests panoramic views over the resort and Mount Teide, and sun terraces which are furnished with loungers and parasols.
