The 2 key Chipeque Apartments are situated around 800 metres from the beach, in the quiet residential Oasis del Sur district of the popular resort of Los Cristianos on the south west coast of Tenerife. The apartments are approximately 17km west of the Reina Sofia International Airport, and 1km from the commercial centre of the resort where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 1988 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2007, the modern low rise Chipeque complex has a total of 70 guest rooms, offering a choice of both one bedroom self catering apartments and studio flats, which are built over 2 floors, and set amidst spacious sun terraces around a large figure of eight swimming pool.

All apartments on the complex are now privately owned and individually furnished, and will typically come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with 2 electric cooking rings, refrigerator and microwave oven, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a reception area with currency exchange services, along with a pool side snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, public internet terminals, laundry and medical services and a small on-site mini market.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with integrated children's splash pool, and spacious sun terraces which are furnished with loungers and parasols.
