The 3 key Casablanca Apartments are situated in the residential La Paz district of Puerto de la Cruz, approximately 400 metres from the centre of the resort where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops and 16 miles west of the Los Rodeos Airport.

Built in 1985 and fully renovated during 2002, the modern Casablanca complex has a total of 287 apartments and studios that are built over 7 floors. All guest rooms on the complex are air conditioned and come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower, direct dial telephone, satellite television, well equipped kitchenette, safety deposit box, satellite television, and either a balcony or terrace.

Guest facilities include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, along with an à la carte restaurant and bar. Sporting and leisure facilities on offer include an outdoor pool with sun terraces and sun loungers, along with a well equipped gymnasium.
