The 2 key Altamar Apartments are situated around 500 metres from the sea front promenade and Playa de Troya beach, in the lively resort of Playa de las Americas on the south coast of Tenerife. The apartments are approximately 17km west of the Reina Sofia International Airport, and a few steps from the commercial centre of the resort where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

The modern low rise Altamar complex has a total of 51 guest rooms, offering a choice of both two and three bedroom self catering apartments, which are built over 2 floors overlooking a central pool area. All apartments on this complex are now privately owned and individually furnished, and most have been recently renovated to a high standard, typically being equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave oven and washing machine, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a small outdoor freshwater swimming pools for adults, with integrated children's section, and sun terraces which are furnished with loungers and parasols.
