Built in 1998, the modern Alta Apartments has a total of 61 guest rooms, offering a choice of both one and two bedroom self catering apartments, which are built over 7 floors. All guest rooms come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with electric cooking rings and refrigerator, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental, and either a balcony or terrace with exterior views.

In addition to the above features, the Alta Apartments also has two Suites on the top floor of the building, one with 2 bedrooms and the other with one bedroom, which features and Jacuzzi in the bathroom, and all rooms are provided with a maid service, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with a cafeteria/snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with integrated children's section, and spacious sun terraces which are furnished with loungers and parasols.
