Built in 1972 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2004, the modern Hotel Xibana Park has a total of 112 guest rooms, including 103 standard twin rooms and a further 9 singles, which are built over 7 floors, and set amidst spacious sub-tropical gardens and sun terraces, around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms at the hotel come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with a direct dial telephone, satellite television with music channels, mini bar, safety deposit box available for rental, and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, a daily maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen twice a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, with show cooking, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, public internet terminals, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with integrated children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a Jacuzzi and sauna, along with a hard surface tennis court, and both pool and table tennis tables.

The Hotel Xibana Park also provides a seasonal programme of evening entertainment in the Lounge Bar, with either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
