Part of the Dream Group of hotels, the 4 star Hotel Noelia Sur is situated around 500 metres from the Playa de Troya beach, in the popular resort of Playa de las Americas on the south west coast of Tenerife. The hotel is approximately 17km west of the Reina Sofia International Airport, and a short walk from the commercial centre of the resort where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 1986 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 1996, the modern low rise Hotel Noelia Sur has a total of 416 guest rooms, including 404 standard twin rooms and a further 12 Superior twins, which are built over 4 floors, and set amidst spacious sub-tropical gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with a direct dial telephone, satellite television with music channels, safety deposit box available for rental, mini bar and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, Superior rooms at the Hotel Noelia Sur also have a bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath, 10 guest rooms have been specially adapted for disabled guests, and all rooms are provided with a daily maid service, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen twice a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar with show cooking, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, public internet terminals, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

For business guests, the Hotel Noelia Sur also offers the use of a large air conditioned conference and meeting room, seating a maximum of 240 people, which is equipped with a selection of modern audio visual aids.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pools for adults, with integrated children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include 2 further rooftop pools, offering guests panoramic views over the resort, along with a children's mini-club, a cardiovascular gymnasium with sauna, and both pool and table tennis tables.

The Hotel Noelia Sur also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring rifle shooting, water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment in the Banana Discotheque with a children's mini disco, which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
