Part of the Gema Group of hotels, the 3 star Hotel Gema Puerto is situated around 500 metres from both the Playa Jardin beach and Lagos Martianez, in the popular resort of Puerto de la Cruz on the north West Coast of Tenerife. The hotel is approximately 28km west of the Los Rodeos International Airport, and a few steps from the commercial centre of the resort, where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 1996 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2003, the modern low rise Hotel Gema Puerto has a total of 48 guest rooms, which are built over 4 floors. All guest rooms at the hotel come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with a direct dial telephone with ADSL internet connection point, a 22" satellite television with music channels and DVD, mini bar, safety deposit box available for rental, and either a balcony or terrace with exterior views. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, public internet terminals with WiFi access available in selected areas, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a small rooftop swimming pool for adults, offering guests panoramic views over the resort and Mount Teide, and sun terraces which are furnished with loungers and parasols.
