Part of the Caledonia Group of hotels, the 3 star Aparthotel Caledonia Park is situated around 900 metres from the sea front promenade and Playa la Pinta beach, in the popular resort of Costa Adeje on the south west coast of Tenerife. The hotel is approximately 20km west of the Reina Sofia International Airport, and a few steps from the commercial centre of the resort where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 1988 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2006, the modern Aparthotel Caledonia Park has a total of 256 guest rooms, including 188 one bedroom self catering apartments and a further 68 studio flats, which are built over 6 floors, and set amidst spacious sub-tropical gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms at the hotel come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with refrigerator, a combined lounge/dining room with sofa beds, direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, public internet terminals, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pools for adults, with smaller children's splash pool, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a children's playground and mini club, along with a squash court, a hard surface tennis court and both pool and table tennis tables.

The Aparthotel Caledonia Park also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring darts, volleyball and football, as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
