Part of the Hoteles Globales Group of hotels, the 2 star Hotel Acuario is situated around 1.5km from the Lago Martianez, in the La Asomada district of the popular resort of Puerto de la Cruz on the north West Coast of Tenerife. The hotel is approximately 28km west of the Los Rodeos International Airport, and 1.2km from the commercial centre of the resort, where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 1998, the modern Hotel Acuario has a total of 31 guest rooms, offering a choice of both single and double rooms, which are built over 6 floors. All guest rooms at the hotel come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with a direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental, and either a balcony or terrace with exterior views. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

For business guests, the Hotel Acuario also offers the use of a large air conditioned conference and meeting room, which is equipped with a selection of modern audio visual aids.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes an outdoor freshwater swimming pools for adults, and spacious sun terraces which are furnished with loungers and parasols.
