The 2 key Hacienda del Sol Apartments are situated around 150 metres from the sea front promenade and Playa de Troya beach, in the lively resort of Playa de las Americas on the south west coast of Tenerife. The apartments are approximately 17km west of the Reina Sofia International Airport, and a few steps from the commercial centre of the resort where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in a typical Canarian style, the modern low rise Hacienda del Sol Apartments complex has a total of 101 guest rooms, including 17 one bedroom self catering apartments and a further 84 studio flats, which are built over 3 floors, and set amidst spacious sub-tropical gardens and sun terraces around a central pool area.

All guest rooms on the complex come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with ceramic hobs and refrigerator, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes an outdoor freshwater swimming pools for adults, with integrated children's splash pool, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols.

The Hacienda del Sol Apartments also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring aqua gym and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment, with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
